James Hood is a filmmaker from the South West of England. He graduated from Bath Spa University with a bachelor's degree in Film, Television and Digital Production along with a prestigious scholarship from Academy Award Winning Producer David Puttnam. James is inspired by the filmmakers of the past such as Andrei Tarkovsky, Ingmar Bergman and Dario Argento. His three favourite genres are Horrors, Musicals and Westerns. James aspires to make films of an ethereal nature which reflect on his own personal life whilst making deep connections with audiences. He doesn't want to show life as it plays out in real time, he wants to show life as he imagines it.
