B3 Short Film Call 2023
B3 Festival of the Moving Image is calling for submissions in this year's short film competition.
Since 2012 a selection of outstanding short films has been presented at B3, which is known for its exciting eclectic programme, featuring the most exciting creative talent of the moment alongside some true cultural titans.
The winner of the competition will be awarded with a B3 BEN award.
All participants who are accepted into the competition will also receive accreditation for the B3 Festival of the Moving Image 2023, taking place from October 14 to 22 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Films submitted into the short film competition must meet the following criteria:
- The film must have its GERMAN PREMIERE at B3
- The film must have English subtitles
- The film has not yet been published on the internet (including social media and free or on-demand streaming services)
- The year of production must be 2022 or 2023
- Films must not exceed a duration of 30 minutes
A registration fee of 20€ must be paid when submitting your film.
